Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to provide timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement.
• Develop connections and present tailored loan solutions.
• Manage loan life cycle including collections in compliance with laws.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve and be goal oriented.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
