Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Sales, collections or customer service experience is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask to meet dynamic loan sales goals and provide timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement.
• Develop connections and maintain relationships throughout the loan process and lifecycle.
• Manage loan lifecycle including collections while complying with laws and regulations.
• Educate customers on loan options and insurance products.
• Interact with customers via phone, email, chat and internal systems.
