Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands for timely, efficient service
• exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy, and encouragement to achieve branch goals
• develop connections and engage customers throughout the loan process with tailored solutions
• manage loan lifecycle including collections while complying with laws and regulations
• interact with customers via phone, email, chat and in-house systems
• demonstrate passion for achievement and a goal-oriented attitude
• educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms
