OneMain Financial Group is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to work on-site in Montana. You will listen to customer needs, present tailored financing options, and work toward branch goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to deliver timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations by delivering results toward branch goals.
• Develop new connections and engage customers through the loan process.
• Manage the loan life cycle, including collections, while complying with laws.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and our in-house systems.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
