Consolidated Analytics, Inc. is seeking a Loan Servicing Systems Specialist in Tennessee to monitor, validate, and process servicing transactions, ensuring data integrity across platforms.

You will support stakeholders, handle Tier 1 system administration, and escalate complex issues as needed. The role includes daily boarding, reporting, and production tasks, with a focus on automation opportunities and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-high school training desirable.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, loan operations, or financial data processing.
• 2 years of systems administration experience.
• Familiarity with mortgage servicing systems is a plus (e.g., MSP, Encompass, FICS).
• Excellent writing skills and ability to convey information to non-technical end-users.
• Willingness to propose improvements and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA scripting is highly desired; ability to read SQL/XML scripts is a plus.
• Understanding of logical operators (IF, AND, THEN, ELSE, etc.).
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage multiple tasks; remote supervision may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for core servicing platforms (MSP, GoAnywhere, Clarifire).
• User setup, password resets, permission reviews; troubleshoot basic access issues.
• Log and escalate complex issues to Tier 2/IT; monitor system health and data sync.
• Assist in audits and access reviews for compliance and security.
• Identify opportunities for process automation within servicing systems.
