Job summary

First United Bank is seeking a Loan Servicing Supervisor - Consumer to lead the Loan Account Servicing Department, ensuring data integrity and timely processing within the Jack Henry CORE loan accounting system. You will coach staff, monitor service standards, and manage risk controls while maintaining excellent member experience.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, at least five years in loan servicing, and strong Excel and data-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration required.
• Minimum five years working experience in loan servicing at a banking institution.
• Experience with CORE loan accounting system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Loan Account Servicing Department in daily functions, processes and risk controls.
• Ensure accuracy of loan data input, maintenance and reconciliation in the core system.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members and drive process improvements.
