The Loan Administration Specialist services nationwide real estate and consumer loan portfolios by protecting collateral interests, maintaining accurate loan and investor records, administering escrow and insurance requirements, completing post-closing quality assurance, and resolving member servicing needs. The Specialist performs these responsibilities accurately and within applicable regulatory, investor, vendor, and MIT FCU requirements and established deadlines.
Required: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in banking or credit union operations required, including at least two (2) years of experience in loan servicing, lending, or a closely related function preferred. Experience with Fiserv DNA core system preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field preferred.
