Job summary

A leading lending organization in Irvine, CA, is looking for a Loan Servicing Specialist. This full-time position involves managing administrative duties for existing loans, including processing payments and ensuring proper documentation. Candidates should have a high school diploma, a background in banking or financial services, and strong customer service skills. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $24.04 - $28.85, plus a quarterly 10% bonus. Benefits include health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in mortgage terms such as promissory note and deed of trust.
• Excellent customer service and follow-up ability.
• Familiarity with database systems and office software.

Responsibilities

• Process payments for existing loans and generate payoffs.
• Monitor loan maturity dates and communicate with customers.
• Initiate procedures for delinquent accounts and maintain databases.
• Prepare payoff statements and ensure loan documentation is complete.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email.
