Qualifications

• 1+ years in Customer Service required.
• Licenses or Accreditation: Specialty Area (if applicable).
• Associate Degree in Business preferred; Banking experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Review file information for consumer loans to ensure documentation is complete.
• Enter new consumer loans into the banking system per policy and correct data as needed.
• Maintain/adjust loan records including due dates, fees, and ACH setup.
• Process payments, returns, and loan maintenance per loan terms.
• Support bank staff and respond to customer loan questions.
• Perform next‑day review of maintenance performed by others to catch errors.
• Maintain collateral accounts and track exceptions using the designated systems.
