Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in banking or financial services.
• Experience with loan servicing transactions preferred.
• High level of accuracy and problem solving ability.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and collaboration across departments.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and loan servicing platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process loan advances, payments, payoffs, fee waivers, and transaction reversals accurately.
• Post loan payments and advances and reconcile participation loan accounts.
• Establish and maintain AFT and ACH requests.
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries via phone and email, including providing payoff quotes.
• Perform daily loan maintenance activities, including closing lines of credit and updating loan records.
• Review, reconcile, and maintain daily loan billing statements.
• Research and resolve loan history discrepancies, escalating complex issues to management as appropriate.
• Process written credit verification requests in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist with the processing of partial releases and paid-out loan collateral releases.
• Serve as the primary backup for escrow administration and LERETA tax service functions.
• Provide support to Loan Funding & Set-Up Specialists and Loan Documentation Review Specialists as needed.
• Deliver proactive operational support to lending, credit, and loan administration staff.
