Qualifications

• 3+ years of clerical or banking experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for loan servicing inquiries via phone or ticket.
• Identify and resolve payment discrepancies promptly.
• Process payments including ACH and wires accurately.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and maintain up-to-date loan records.
