Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–2 years related experience in loan servicing.
• Technical training in loan documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process extensions and loan maintenance with proper documentation.
• Perform loan GL reconciliations as needed.
• Ensure timely payment of property taxes from escrow accounts.
• Maintain escrow accounts and Core system administration.
• Daily check back of loans to SOX standards.
• Process escrow analysis statements and assist with questions.
• Respond to credit bureau corrections and update records.
• Troubleshoot loan statements and notices.
• Support loan officers and staff with servicing requests.
• Daily loan report reconciliation and issue resolution.
• Assist in year-end tax notifications and servicing.
• Develop manuals and supporting documentation.
