• At least 1 year of related work experience or equivalent education.
• Experience with loan documentation and customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage electronic and physical commercial loan files, verify accuracy of loan documentation and secure lien positions.
• Provide customer and staff support via phone, email, and in person to resolve loan servicing inquiries.
• Record and release liens on mortgages, titles, and UCC filings and maintain collateral documentation and register.
