Jobot in Pittsburgh is seeking a loan servicing professional to be the friendly voice borrowers reach after closing. You’ll handle loan boarding, payoff processing, and disbursing taxes and insurance, ensuring accurate payments and timely data transfers.

This on-site role places you in a tight-knit servicing team that moves quickly. Candidates with loan servicing experience or strong accounting background and excellent communication will thrive in a role that emphasizes accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Loan servicing experience preferred or solid accounting background.
• Customer-first mindset and comfort talking with customers and investors by phone.
• Sharp attention to detail and discipline to hit deadlines.
• Ability to work solo and collaboratively on a team.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and related Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly voice borrowers reach after closing — answering calls and getting them answers.
• Handle core loan servicing: loan boarding, payoff processing, and disbursing taxes and insurance.
• Connect with borrowers about first payments and process incoming payments accurately.
• Upload closed loan files to investors for review.
• Review agency loans and clear edits before purchase.
• Prepare data transfers tied to loan purchases.
• Process wires and import purchase advice information for purchased loans.
• Own the accounting and reconciliation of purchased loans to keep everything airtight.
• Board, report on, and audit loans managed with our subservicer.
