Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• 3+ years of loan servicing and/or collections experience.
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Experience in multicultural settings.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate loan committee meetings and agendas.
• Prepare and file loan closing documents and collateral records.
• Review loan portfolios and discuss delinquencies with staff.
• Monitor delinquent borrowers and collaborate with collection agencies.
• Support special lending programs and report on outcomes.
• Assist with organizing annual staff and committee retreats and other duties.
