Job summary

Arundel Bank in Annapolis, MD is seeking an experienced Loan Servicing Manager to lead and support all aspects of loan servicing operations. This hybrid role after 90 days will oversee commercial, residential mortgage, home equity, consumer, participation, and construction loan portfolios while ensuring exceptional service and regulatory compliance.

The position requires a High School Diploma with 5+ years of loan servicing experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Loan Servicing staff while actively supporting department workflow.
• Oversee and perform complex loan servicing functions, including loan maintenance, payoffs, modifications, escrow administration, ARM servicing, participation loans, and construction loan servicing.
• Manage delinquency and collection activities, loan workouts, loss mitigation efforts, and recovery processes.
• Conduct quality control reviews and monitor servicing operations for accuracy, compliance, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with CFPB, RESPA, TILA, FDCPA, Fair Lending, UDAAP, HMDA, BSA/AML, and other applicable regulations.
• Support audits, examinations, reporting, policy development, and process improvement initiatives.
• Resolve complex customer servicing issues and serve as the Bank's subject matter expert for loan servicing and collections.

This hands-on leadership role oversees commercial, residential mortgage, home equity, consumer, participation, and construction loan portfolios while ensuring exceptional customer service, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Position Type: Hybrid - after 90 days Location: Annapolis, MD Status: Full-Time | Exempt

• Community banking experience strongly preferred.
