Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Loan Servicing Core Specialist team and related groups.
• Provide daily workflow coordination, performance oversight, and operational support.
• Serve as subject matter expert for loan boarding, modifications, and investor loan sales.
