Qualifications

• Ability to adapt to evolving priorities, systems, and policies in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication with a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex client, stakeholder, and audit requests for internal account transactions.
• Serve as escalation point for junior associates; advise cross-functional teams on policy interpretation.
• Lead processes to investigate and reconcile accounting issues and coordinate end-to-end remediation.
• Identify improvements to enhance accuracy, speed, and client satisfaction.
• Support system enhancements by acting as SME and executing user testing on new features.
• Update procedures and job aids to reflect policy or regulatory changes.
• Research exceptions and execute complex transaction processing with high attention to detail.
