Broadview Federal Credit Union is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to join our team in New York. You will serve as a trusted resource for members and internal teams, handling loan servicing requests, account maintenance, payments, payoffs, Home Equity servicing, research requests, and other loan-related inquiries to ensure exceptional member experiences.

The Loan Servicing Specialist role offers the opportunity to build specialized expertise across a variety of consumer lending products while making a direct impact on the member experience.

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted resource for members and internal teams, assisting with loan servicing requests, account maintenance, payment and payoff processing, Home Equity servicing activities, research requests, and other loan-related inquiries. You'll have the opportunity to develop deep knowledge of consumer loan servicing, solve complex account issues, and collaborate with colleagues across the organization to ensure accurate and timely service for our members.
