Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible hourly schedule as requested.

Responsibilities

• Balance, report, process, and research tasks related to Escrow, Insurance, payoff processing and customer service.
• Perform daily data entry, file maintenance, and processing within the assigned area.
• Assist customers and/or agencies in a professional, timely, and accurate manner.
• Adhere to department guidelines, policies, and procedures for efficient operations.
• Support colleagues to achieve department objectives and participate in training programs.
• Respond to management requests for related duties and activities.
• Provide testing on Horizon releases and other operating systems within the department.
