The role involves scanning, indexing, and reviewing documents in the imaging system, maintaining loan records, and tracking new loans through processing. The ideal candidate will assist with loan advances, insurance cancellations, and payment processing while balancing internal accounts.

Responsibilities

• Scan, index and review documents in the imaging system.
• Review, change, add and maintain documents in the imaging system.
• Track all new loans to ensure they are scanned into the imaging system.
• Maintain and track loan collateral.
• Reviews and processes loan advances.
• Reviews, processes, and tracks insurance cancellations.
• Process paid off loans, as needed.
• Balance internal accounts, as needed.
• Process loan and credit card payments, as needed.
• Order and review appraisals, flood determinations and EDR checks, as needed.
• Perform duties of the Loan Service Administrator, as needed.
