• Leads and provides ongoing training to a team of commercial loan processors.
• Maintains and provides reports to senior management.
• Responsible for corrective and/or disciplinary action of direct reports.
• Mentors/train potential replacements for this position.
• Notifies customers by mail of loan rejection.
• Tracks collateral and insurance for secured loans and updates insurance policies.
• Maintains organized records of loan files and assists loan officers.
• Prepares loan documentation for all loan types.
• Becomes or remains an active member of civic organizations on behalf of the bank.
