Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in loan servicing, lending operations, or collections.
• Knowledge of consumer, business, and mortgage loan documentation.
• Familiarity with lending and collection regulations (State and Federal).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review loan files for policy and regulatory compliance.
• Enter loan data accurately in the Core System.
• Perform loan quality control (QC) reviews and track exceptions.
• Administer escrow, insurance, and PMI payments.
• Provide servicing and collection support to members.
• Review system reports and maintain detailed records.
• Ensure confidentiality of member information.
