The ideal candidate has banking and loan experience, supervisory background, and strong skills in communication, organization, and project management.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in banking or equivalent experience.
• 4 years banking and loan experience preferred.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define team roles and develop team to meet department goals.
• Collaborate on strategies, processes to increase efficiencies.
• Oversee daily operations: post funding loan servicing, reporting for all loan types including VA, FHLMC, SBA; escrow processing and credit reporting.
• Ensure SOX compliance and auditor coordination.
• Optimize practices and coordinate with other departments.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and implement process changes.
• Conduct quality control reviews of work.
• Manage customer escalations and provide call center support.
