Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing loan documents, post-closing reviews, quality control, collateral releases and servicing the loan portfolio.
• Help format established procedures for loan documentation.
• Verify loans and learn the production of loan documents.
• Assemble original loan documentation packages for scanning and storage.
• Pull post-closing collateral release documentation.
• Participate in data review and input for real estate property tax project.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
