Oklahoma AgCredit is seeking a Lending Specialist in Broken Arrow, OK, to provide excellent customer service, post payments, and support loan processing. The role includes loan servicing, daily reporting, and coordinating with insurance and collateral teams.

The position emphasizes front-desk customer interactions, documentation handling, and cross-team collaboration to ensure accurate and timely loan operations. Hours are Mon–Fri, 8am–4:30pm; on-site work in Broken Arrow.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate degree or experience equivalent to perform essential functions.
• 1 year of related banking, financial services, legal and title work, and customer service experience.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements and documents.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service at the front desk.
• Post payments and assist with loan documents electronically.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries to the appropriate team.
• Support loan servicing, closings, and daily reports.
• Coordinate with insurance and collateral teams as needed.
• Maintain supplies and assist with facility needs.
