Job summary

World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative in Jasper, TX to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax services and credit-building solutions. The role requires daily outbound calling, in-person meetings, and meeting performance targets across sales, collections, and branch operations.

You will handle payments, prepare tax returns, and provide guidance while balancing a high-volume workload.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts and set payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax services, payments, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records and complete bank runs for deposits.
