Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers throughout loan process and lifecycle with tailored solutions.
• Manage loan lifecycle, including collections, while complying with laws.

• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
