Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to ensure timely, efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement to meet goals.
• Develop connections and maintain relationships, presenting tailored loan solutions.
• Manage loan lifecycle, including collections, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Demonstrate passion for achievement and a goal‑oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
