OneMain Financial is seeking a Customer Service/Collections role on-site in the United States. The position focuses on engaging customers, presenting tailored loan solutions, and guiding them through the entire loan lifecycle with empathy and accuracy.

The candidate will manage collections activities in compliance with laws while collaborating with multiple departments to meet branch objectives and provide top-tier service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in Sales, Collections or Customer Service is preferred.
• Spanish bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands to ensure timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and encouragement and achieve branch goals.
• Engage customers throughout the loan process with tailored solutions based on needs.
• Manage loan life cycle including collections while complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Interact with customers via phone, email, chat and internal systems to resolve inquiries.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and clearly explain loan terms and options.
