The position is on-site with standard hours and possible additional weekend coverage. You will develop tailored loan solutions, manage lifecycle tasks including collections, and collaborate with multiple departments through various channels to deliver

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands to provide timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement to meet individual and branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by guiding customers through the loan process.
• Manage the loan lifecycle, including collections while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Educate customers on loan options and optional insurance products.
