Qualifications

• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual - Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle, presenting tailored solutions.
• Manage loan lifecycle including collections while complying with laws and regulations.
• Interact with customers across phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
