OneMain Financial is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to help customers access affordable financing. On-site in Colorado, you will listen to needs, present tailored loan options, and drive branch results through friendly, efficient service.

You will multitask across channels, explain loan terms, support the loan lifecycle including collections when needed, and collaborate with teams to deliver a positive customer experience. A high school diploma and Spanish bilingual ability are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement, delivering results related to branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships with customers throughout the loan process.
• Manage the lifecycle of loans, including collections activities while complying with applicable laws.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
