World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax returns and loan applications. You will engage in daily outbound calls, meet with customers in person, and close loans while upholding compliance and quality standards.

The role emphasizes fast-paced workload management, strong communication, and the ability to handle challenging conversations.

Formación

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult customer conversations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills with accurate and consistent data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, applications, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns, gather documentation, and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax prep, payments, and issue resolution.
• Process payments and document activity in company systems.
• Maintain compliant records and complete bank runs as required.
