World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, prepare tax returns, and assist customers with financial needs. This role requires daily outbound calling, in-person meetings, and closing loans.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for performance-based earnings and advancement, and you’ll join a team focused on community service and exceptional customer care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Must be able to independently perform all required bank runs, including transporting deposits.

Responsabilités

• Drive and close loan sales through applications, explaining terms and securing business.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls for collections, follow-ups, tax services, and new business development.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions per policies and regulations.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, payments, and account questions.
• Process payments and account updates and document all activity in systems.
• Maintain accurate records and issue timely letters and required tax documents.
