OneMain is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to help customers access financing for life's expenses. You will engage customers, present tailored loan solutions, and guide them through the process from application to closing in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

The role emphasizes empathy, efficiency, and compliance, with on-site schedule Monday-Friday, some extended hours including Saturdays, and opportunities for advancement into leadership roles such as Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred bilingual - Spanish.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Effectively multitask and adapt to dynamic demands of the role, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement, delivering results related to individual and branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain ones by engaging customers throughout the loan process, presenting tailored solutions based on customer needs.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive to succeed and goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring understanding of loans, terms and options.
