• Knowledge: Foreclosure and real estate processes; strong negotiation and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop viable solutions with members to keep them in their homes.
• Serve as main contact for foreclosure attorney and manage case timelines.
• Coordinate assignment of foreclosed property to realtor and oversee maintenance.
• Review real estate contracts and present offers to Senior Management.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports for Loan Resolutions and leadership.
