Triad Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Loan Processor to support our mortgage operations from application to closing.

You will collect and review borrower documents, communicate with customers, and collaborate with Loan Originators and Underwriters to ensure timely processing. This role requires a high school diploma (college degree preferred), 2–3 years in an office setting, knowledge of loan products, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and our mortgage software.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional office experience, preferably in mortgage support.
• Understanding of loan products including conventional, FHA, and VA.
• Strong customer service and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn mortgage software.

Responsibilities

• Collect and review borrower documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Process loan files in compliance with policies, guidelines, and investor requirements.
• Communicate status updates and requests for missing documents with borrowers.
• Coordinate with Loan Originators and Underwriters to clear conditions.
• Maintain organized loan files and document control across systems.
• Verify data accuracy in the loan origination system.
• Work with third-party vendors to facilitate appraisals and titles.
• Adhere to timelines and service level agreements to meet closing deadlines.
• Provide exceptional customer service and a positive experience throughout the loan process.
