Responsibilities include preparing loan documents, verifying insurance, disbursing loan funds, and coordinating with lending staff.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or greater in related field preferred.
• 2+ years related experience required.
• Familiarity with banking systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain loan documentation, including promissory notes, security agreements, and collateral documents.
• Verify insurance requirements are correct and up-to-date.
• Ensure that all documents are properly executed and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and track loan files to ensure they are up to date with relevant information and compliance requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of loan disbursements and payments, maintaining accurate records.
• Maintain open communication with customers and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with lending officers, credit analysts, and other departments to facilitate loan origination and servicing.
