Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in loan processing, closing, or lending operations.
• Knowledge of banking and loan servicing practices.

• Ability to stay current on loan regulations and industry changes.

Responsibilities

• Review loan files at processing milestones and compile required documentation.
• Order appraisals and monitor appraisal progress to completion; assist with inquiries.
• Prepare and deliver closing document packages for escrow loans, HELOCs, HELOAN, and other loans.
• Perform post-closing reviews to ensure complete and accurate documentation; issue deficiency notices as needed.
• Maintain complete, organized loan files for Residential Loan Officers.
• Coordinate closing schedules and notify settlement agents, attorneys, borrowers, and others.
• Monitor expiration dates and follow up on time-sensitive documentation.
• Manage HELOC and HELOAN pipelines across markets; coordinate processing to close on time.
• Assist with marketing initiatives by coordinating materials and communications.
