Sr Loan Processor – Immediate Start

We’re based in Pennsylvania but open to remote candidates.

Role Overview

• Must understand income calculation
• Must have underwriting knowledge
• Must be comfortable learning the various lenders/investors we work with
• Must have a full understanding of the loan process and be able to delegate tasks to our Jr. Processor to assist you
• Must be familiar with Arrive
• Must be able to process 7‑12 files monthly to start

Responsibilities

• Stay organized with files
• Track what’s conditioned and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Communicate with team members and keep the workflow moving
• Be the central point of coordination; you’re not working alone — our team is here to support you
• Be friendly and easy to work with but also have a backbone, because this is a tough industry

Pay is between $500‑$700 per file based on experience with additional incentives for on‑time closings.
