Job summary

Midwest Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to support accurate loan operations and customer service. You will process personal and commercial loan documents, enter data in Compliance One and Premier, and ensure compliance with bank policies.

You will collaborate with the Loan Processing Administrator and Compliance Officer, maintain virtual files, manage escrows, and prepare amendments as needed, while safeguarding confidential information in all customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Process personal and commercial loan documents with precision and timeliness.

• Obtain underwriting documents, credit reports, lien positions, and tax information.
• Maintain virtual loan files and ensure complete scanned documentation.
• Handle escrow accounts, including insurance and tax payments, disclosures, and payouts.
• Prepare denials, modifications, and amendments as needed.
• Collaborate with Loan Processing Administrator and Compliance Officer to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate professionally with customers and safeguard confidential information.

• Responsible to the Loan Processing Manager for the fulfillment of functions and job responsibilities.
