• Experience managing a pipeline and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact customers to collect documents needed to underwrite applications.
• Explain products and policies clearly to ensure customers understand required documents.
• Evaluate loan documentation and clear conditions per delegated authority.
• Translate internal communications for customers to ensure clarity and timeliness.
• Act as liaison between client, underwriting and financial center to meet requirements.
• Manage ongoing pipeline of consumer loan applications.
