Responsibilities

• Processes loan documents following approved policies and procedures.
• Verifies loan coding and maintains accurate signatures and dates on files.
• Assembles and verifies loan documentation for each file.
• Checks vesting, legal descriptions, closing dates, and signatures.
• Ensures confidentiality of sensitive bank information and compliance with laws.
