Southside Bank in Tyler, Texas seeks a detail-oriented Consumer Loan Processor to handle loan documents, verify signatures, and ensure compliance with policies. This is a full-time clerical role in the Tyler Operations team.

The position requires accuracy in data input, strong customer service, and adherence to BSA and internal controls. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with overtime as needed. Familiarity with banking software is a plus.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent required or 1+ year related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Processes loan documents and related information in accordance with policies.
• Verifies coding and signing on loan files for accuracy.
• Assembles and reviews loan documents for compliance and completeness.
• Inputs information into computer systems with accuracy and timeliness.
• Responds to inquiries from customers and internal teams regarding loan processing.
