City of Lincoln is seeking a full-time Customer Service/Loan Support Associate to handle routine inquiries, process payments, and manage titled collateral. This role supports loan officers and ensures accurate documentation in a fast-paced banking environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–3 years in banking or mortgage settings, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and basic computer proficiency for scanning and reporting tasks.

Qualifications

• High school degree required.
• 1–3 years experience in banking, credit unions, real estate agencies, or mortgage companies.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine customer inquiries, questions and problems.
• Processing loan and participation payments.
• Maintain and process titled collateral.
• Provide secretarial support for loan officers .
• Proofread loans – Personal, auto and commercial loans.
• Scan loan files into Document Management System.
• Track errors and omissions policy for bank vendors.
• Track all business assets (ABA) insurance policies for commercial loans.
• Monthly reports compiled and distributed.
• Sort and mail statements and notices to borrowers.
• Other duties as assigned.
