Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking a Loan Processing Associate in Dallas, TX for a 11-month FTC assignment at a pay rate of $27 per hour. The role requires 5+ years of residential mortgage loan processing experience and a strong track record in handling a large client base.

The candidate will manage documents, clear processing conditions, and coordinate with Mortgage Specialists and partners to meet closing deadlines, while delivering excellent customer service and using MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential mortgage loan processing experience required.
• Proven track record of quality loan production while managing a large client base.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet closing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete the order services process, including requesting, reviewing, and verifying loan processing documents such as title and insurance.
• Clear loan processing conditions within the loan operating system, including insurance, collateral, disclosure, and title items.
• Review title and insurance documents to ensure they meet brokerage guidelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external business partners regarding documentation, timelines, and lender-side conditions such as title, appraisal, and HOI.
• Monitor personal loan pipeline and collaborate with Mortgage Specialists and internal partners to ensure loan cycle times meet client expectations.
• Monitor loan progress through closing and ensure required documents remain current.
• Work independently to proactively identify issues, solve problems, and execute tasks effectively.

Loan Processing Associate
