Responsibilities

• Manage clerical tasks to facilitate timely loan closings as directed by manager.
• Assign loan files.
• Maintain document mailing/conversation log in LOS as directed.
• Split and stack loan docs.
• Provide overflow doc drawing support as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Departmental filing.
• Perform VOE, VOM, VOD duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
