Qualifications

• Two or more years of loan processing experience or Xinnix Training completion with processing mentor.

Responsibilities

• Verifies, compiles, and inputs application data for mortgage loans.
• Reviews loan applications for completeness and standards.
• Orders verifications (income, assets, credit, liabilities) as needed.
• Prepares loan forms and disclosures for borrowers.
• Orders title work, insurance, condo docs, appraisals, and other items.
• Follows up on loan conditions and outstanding items with borrowers.
