Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.

• Ability to present clearly to top management, regulators, or board members.
• Accurate typing and basic computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail).

Responsibilities

• Comply with regulatory requirements (BSA/AML, OFAC, Patriot Act, Privacy Act, CRA).
• Attend trainings and meetings as assigned.
• Adhere to loan policies and procedures.
• Close loans per department procedures; review required covenants and documents.
• Prepare and review loan reports and credit files; order credit/title reports as needed.
• Monitor title policies, insurance declarations, UCCs, mortgages, escrow statements; report discrepancies.
• Manage loan disbursement administration for lines of credit and construction loans.
